CANTON – The Canton Goldenaires will be celebrating their 50th Anniversary Show Saturday, Oct. 8 at the Canton High School auditorium at 7:30 p.m.
There will be three quartets presenting along with the Goldenaires chorus and "Showtime" from Ogdensburg.
The three quartets will be "Sentimental Journey," "IMPROMPTU," and the award winning "Adirondack Harmony."
Also, former members will be honored and a slideshow of the past will be shown before the show and during intermission.
Tickets are $8 for seniors (62+) and students and $10 for adults.
The Goldenaires will also donate $2 of each ticket sold to the Canton High School Music Foundation (to purchase musical instruments for students).
Tickets may be obtained from any Goldenaire member, at the door, the Pear Tree in Canton, or by calling 386-5250.
Doors will open at 6:30 and the annual sing along will begin.
