CANTON -- The Canton Free Library will host a "Living Library" May 3, from 6-8 p.m. in the main reading room.
The event will be an informal, one-on-one conversation with some of the people who make the North Country their home.
Visitors are invited to engage with a selection of "Living Books" by sitting with them face-to-face and asking questions or sharing stories of their own.
This year, the focus is on diversity with community members who have brought their culture to Canton.
The event is free and open to the public.
Refreshments will be served.
