CANTON -- The St. Lawrence Valley Dog Club will hold a Canine Good Citizen Test Saturday, May 11 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
The test will be held in the basement of the Canton Free Library, Park Street.
The test is designed to recognize dogs that show good manners.
Some therapy dog programs require passing the test prior to admittance.
Passing the test will confer a title that will allow a dog registered with the AKC to include the "CGC" initials after its registered name.
The cost for the test will be $20.
