POTSDAM -- GardenShare is hosting a fundraiser, Cabin Fever Trivia Night, starting at 6:30 p.m. Thursday, March 3 at the Potsdam Elks Club, 10 Elm St.

Teams of four players are forming to take part in the event., which will consist of 50 North Country trivia questions. Admission is $20 per person. There will be light food and a cash bar. Contestants who show up without a team will be matched, to the extent possible, with others to make teams of four.

Prizes for first and second place in the trivia contest, and for best team name, and best team uniform will be awarded.

Tony Lynn from 95.3 The Wolf will be moderator.

GardenShare is a non-profit group that is working toward food security for people in St. Lawrence County with efforts such as promoting local food distribution and use through Community Supported Agriculture plans where people sign up for a share of farmer’s crop of fresh produce throughout the growing season, and promoting farmers’ markets with things such as helping acquire the electronic equipment necessary to process SNAP transactions.
