POTSDAM -- Business owners and CEOs can attend a CITEC Business Solutions workshop that will allow participants to test drive a business evaluation tool that helps quantify and guide in building business value.
The workshop is set for Wednesday, June 3, from 2 to 4:30 p.m. The fee is just $25 and advance registration is required by May 29.
The workshop allows owners to measure the ability of their business to generate future revenue and profit, identify barriers and provide a roadmap to achieve their growth goals.
The program is suited for those with an interest in growing their business, protecting it so it can better weather the challenges all companies face or helping them to prepare for a more valuable and rewarding sale that is far more likely to keep the business open when they are ready to transition out.
