MASSENA -- A build-a-stuffed-animal day is planned at the St. Lawrence Centre mall, 6100 Saint Lawrence Centre, on Sunday, Sept. 9 from 11 a.m.-3 p.m. in honor of what mall officials call "National Teddy Bear Day."
The cost to build a stuffed animal is $15, which includes an animal of choice, the stuffing, heart, adoption certificate, t-shirt and box.
The event is limited to the first 75 children who register. There are two time slots available, starting at 11 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. respectively.
