MASSENA -- The free smoking cessation program “Breathe Free” will be offered at the Massena Community Center May 26, 28 and 31 and June 1 to 4 from 6:30 to 8 p.m. each day.
“This is a plan based on sound physical and psychological principles and is designed to help you succeed. You will be on a total health program for body, mind and spirit,” program spokesperson Linda Jobes said.
