CANTON -- The sixth “Breastfeeding Walk and Big Latch On” is set for Aug. 5 at 9:30 a.m. at Heritage Park, on the bridge in downtown.
The group will walk to the Village Green Park where moms will take part in a global event and latch their babies on at 10:30 a.m.
Registration is at 10 a.m.
Following the walk, participants will walk back down main street with signs and banners supporting the right to breastfeed.
Lunch will be donated by Stewart’s Shops and will be served at Heritage Park at the end of the walk.
