NORWOOD – Hometown favorites the Brass Firemen will perform at the Norwood Village Green this week.
The band will present their hometown concert for the Norwood Village Green Concert Series on Thursday, July 26 at 7 p.m.
St. Andrew’s Altar and Rosary Society will offer its annual ice cream and cake social.
From the Opening Ceremony of the Winter Olympics in Sarajevo, to two Presidential Inaugural Parades, the Indianapolis 500 Parade, visits to the White House, and to countless local public performances, the Brass Firemen performs brass band favorites coupled with Dixie Land selections.

Admission is free to all Norwood Green concerts, but there is a “pass the bucket.”
The series recieves its primary support from many organizations, foundations, businesses and individuals, and continues to take donations by check. They can be mailed to: Norwood Village Green Concert Series, 3 Bicknell Street, Norwood, NY 13668.
All contributions are tax deductible.
