BRASHER FALLS -- Children of Hope is holding a "celebrity tip night" and Chinese auction The Riverview Restaurant, 928 State Rte. 11C on May 14 from 4:30 to 8:30 p.m. to raise funds for orphans in Gulu, Uganda.
Children of Hope representative Elaine Kesner said the "celebrity" servers will be local personalities that don't work for the restaurant but attendees are apt to know.
Children of Hope is a non-profit that runs housing for 17 orphans in Gulu.
