POTSDAM -- Lawrence Avenue Elementary School will hold the All-Star Book Fair Dec. 11 through Dec. 17.
The book fair will raise funds to purchase classroom and library resources for students.
The book fair will also be collecting new and gently used books for children in grades kindergarten through second grade to replace those lost by a Freeport school during Hurricane Sandy. Monetary donations to purchase new books will also be accepted.
Fair dates and times are Tuesday, Dec. 11; Thursday, Dec. 13 and Friday, Dec. 14 from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.; Wednesday, Dec. 12 from 8:30 a.m. to 8 p.m.; Saturday, Dec. 15 from 9 a.m. to noon and Monday, Dec. 17 from 8:30 a.m. to noon.
