POTSDAM -- The book group sponsored by the St. Lawrence County Branch of the American Association of University Women (AAUW) will discuss “The Distant Hours,” a novel by Kate Morton, at noon Wednesday, Nov. 11 at the Potsdam Public Library.
The setting, a Gothic castle, is as alive as its occupants with secrets of long ago running in its veins. Morton’s spellbinding mystery is full of evocative and beautiful descriptions.
