CANTON – You might be able to help people suffering from blood cancer and other blood diseases by attending a bone marrow donor clinic at the Best Western University Inn Wednesday afternoon, June 25.
People aged 18 to 55 can visit the hotel’s Golf Lounge and take a simple painless cheek swab test anytime between 2:30 and 5:30 p.m.
If you are identified as a potential bone marrow donor, you will be contacted later.
The clinic is sponsored by the Jules of Life Foundation, a St. Lawrence County organization. There is more information at https://www.facebook.com/pages/Jules-of-Life-Foundation/291171733780
