LOUISVILLE -- An About Boating Safely course is to be given by U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary Flotilla 01-01 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 25 at the Louisville town office, State Rt. 37.
There is a change in the boating laws this year: Any person 18 years of age and under who wants to operate a motorized watercraft must be certified. Certification is available through the safety course.
Fee is $35 per person and family rates are available.
