CANTON -- The St. Lawrence Valley Birth Connection will host their first Birth Story Share event on Wednesday, Nov. 16 from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. at the First Presbyterian Church on the Park, 17 Park St.
All mothers are invited to an intimate evening of sharing birth stories. Every mother is welcome, whether you gave birth last month or 20 years ago, or whether your birth story includes adoption or foster care.
All stories are honored - the good, the bad and the ugly.
This will be a safe, judgment free zone, and light snacks, tea, and free childcare will be provided.
Babies in arms are welcome in the sharing circle. Sharing is optional, mothers may come to share or simply listen.
Admission is free and the event is hosted by the St. Lawrence County Birth Connection.
