CANTON -- Biosecurity for owners of equines and other species, including poultry, rabbits, goats, sheep and swine will be offered on March 30 at the Cornell Cooperative Extension Learning Farm, 2068 State Highway 68.
The event takes place from 6 to 8 p.m. with Janet Collier and George Merrill, both of the state Agriculture and Markets Department.
Although the discussion will focus on general biosecurity principles for all species, most examples will relate to horses.
Admission is free and open to the public and includes time for questions.
