POTSDAM -- The Potsdam Food Co-op, 24 Elm St., and Big Spoon Kitchen of Potsdam are partnering to bring “Dinner’s in the Bag!” to the Co-op.
At the 1st Thursday Sampling each month customers will have the opportunity to taste that month’s featured offering created by Big Spoon Kitchen.
Meal-Kits, complete with the recipe and ingredients from the Co-op, will also be available to purchase.
At the Nov. 2 sampling, from 3:30-5:30 p.m., pasta puttanesca will be the recipe featured in November.
The Meal-Kit serves four and is complete with everything you need to make it at home (except for salt, pepper, and olive oil that you already have in your pantry).
For the entire month of November Meal-Kits for pasta puttanesca will be available at the Co-op.
Each month at the 1st Thursday Sampling “Dinner’s in the Bag!” will present a new recipe to try, along with the ingredients to take home and create it yourself.
