MASSENA -- A series of Lenten Bible Study classes will be held at St. John’s Episcopal Church, 139 Main St., Massena on five Mondays during Lent.
The instructor will be the Rev. Mike Schulenberg, using his book, “Getting to the Promised Land Without Spending Forty Years in a Wilderness,” as the text.
Schulenberg is a retired Episcopal priest from Minnesota who now resides in the North Country. He has occasionally served as the supply pastor at St. John’s.
Classes will be at noon on the first five Mondays in Lent: Feb 19 and 26, and March 5, 12 and 19. Books may be purchased at the first class meeting. Everyone is welcome.
