MASSENA -- The Sunburst Model Search and Beauty Pageant will be held at St. Lawrence Center mall Feb. 16 at 11 a.m.
Sunburst contestants have appeared in ads, commercials, television series, movies and other entertainment fields. Finalists in the contest will advance to the New York Sunburst State Finals in Syracuse for the chance to win up to $10,000 in savings bonds.
Judging is based on both beauty and personality. Winners will be chosen from 11 age divisions ranging from under one year old to between 18 and 27 years of age. Contests may be either gender and of any marital status.
