CANTON -- A special production of the Bakery Concert Series founded in Saranac Lake will be held Wednesday, May 30, at 7 p.m. at Peterson-Kermani Hall at St. Lawrence University.
The performance will feature modern chamber music including the U.S. premiere of Julia Hodkinson's "All That We Cannot Say," driving rhythms of Middle Eastern folk songs in Fazil Say's "Four Cities," local composer Phil Salathé's "Don't Let Your Chops Freeze" for piano-playing trumpeter, and a lively jazz set. Suggested donation is $10.
