POTSDAM -- The St. Lawrence County Arts Council will host “Pictures of the Mind” Mondays Oct. 1, Oct. 8, and Oct. 15 from 6 to 7:30 p.m. at Downtown Snell Hall, 41 Elm St.

Teacher Andrew Brink will hold imagination focus sessions to teach participants how to use audio cues from classic radio broadcasts to visual a scene.
