POTSDAM -- “Monotype Printing without a Press” with Veronica Lucas will be held at the St. Lawrence Arts Council, 41 Elm St., June 6-8 from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m.
The cost is $84 for members and $104 for others.
This class will let participants explore methods and various techniques of monotype printing without the use of an etching press.
There will be a discussion on the various media and papers that can be used in creating one of a kind monotype prints.
Beginners or advanced levels are welcome (ages 15 and older).
Bring ideas, pictures, leaves, string, textured objects, and anything else to incorporate into prints.
