POTSDAM — Artist Sara Lynch is opening up her studio in the former Creative Spirit Gallery at 6 Raymond St. for holiday gift making and shopping on Saturday Nov. 24 from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Visitors will be able to choose from a variety of unfired handmade pottery that they can hand paint to customize, and if spots are reserved ahead of time, wet clay will be available for sculpting.

Jewelry supplies for earring making will be also be available and finished works by Sara will be for sale.

Earrings and other purchases can be taken home that day while pottery will need to dry, get fired once, glazed with a clear glaze to seal it, and then fired again. She will then contact you to let you know when your clay projects are ready for pick up.

This event is open to the public but unfortunately is down a flight of stairs with no alternative route to increase accessibility.
