OGDENSBURG -- The Frederic Remington Art Museum will hold a home school art class Wednesday, Dec. 5 at 12:30 p.m.
The project for this class will involve creating a large organic sculpture based on work by artists Dale Chihuly.
Students will use soda and water bottles, aluminum foil, wire and tape to create appendages that will be attached to a four foot tall wood and wire armature.
Color will then be added to complete the sculpture.
The piece will be completed at February’s meeting and will be entered in the museum’s Elementary Art Exhibit, set to open in March.
Classes are $2 per child per session.
