NORWOOD -- Singers from seven different North Country churches are busy practicing for their upcoming cantata, ‘Shout the Good News.”
The show will tell the Christmas story with music, scripture, prayers and poetry, under the direction of Chris Paige.
There will be two performances, both Sunday, Dec. 9. The first will take place at First United Methodist Church in Norfolk at 3 p.m. and the second will take place at St. Andrew’s Church in Norwood at 7 p.m.
The cantata is free, but attendees can make a donation to offset the cost of next year’s cantata music.
