CANTON -- The High School Thespians will present “Anything Goes” March 10 and 11 at 7:30 p.m. in the school auditorium.
Sail away on the S.S. American, the ocean liner that overflows with wealthy business men, sailors, stowaways, gangsters, and even some enthusiastic evangelists led by the brassy-but-lovable Reno Sweeney.
A classic boy meets girl tale, Billy Crocker (Eric Gagliardi) chases his love, debutante Hope Harcourt (Katja Schmid-Doyle) from bow to stern, with the help of the gangster Moonface Martin (Connor Falen).
You do not want to miss the unforgettable Cole Porter score that includes “De-Lovely,” “I Get a Kick Out of You,” “Friendship” and, of course, the famous title song, “Anything Goes.”
Ticket prices are $10 for adults and $7 for students/seniors.
