CANTON -- The Any Music Singers (TAMS) plans to present a concert about all types of weather throughout the seasons Sunday, Jan. 29, at 3 p.m., in the Peterson-Kermani Concert Hall on the St. Lawrence University campus.
The program includes an eclectic mix of classical pieces, jazz standards, pop songs and humorous novelty pieces.
The concert will also feature the concert premiere of Solstice Bright, by local composer Jennifer Vincent-Barwood.
Admission is free.
The Any Music Singers is an acappella chamber choir, directed by Paul Siskind.
Formed in 2012, the group is a collective of singers from around the North Country who gather together for communal singing.
Their repertoire is as varied as the backgrounds and musical preferences of its singers, and includes music from a variety of styles, eras, and cultures.
