COLTON -- Amvets Post 262 at 5082 State Highway 56 will host its annual fry pan toss Sunday, Jan. 28. Registration begins at 10 a.m.
The toss starts at 11.
Cash prizes will be awarded for three categories -- men, women and children 12 years and younger.
Entry fee is $5.
Net proceeds benefit the Colton, Parishville, and Pierrepont neighborhood centers.
There will be a chicken barbecue starting at noon.
The menu includes a 1/2 chicken, baked beans, cole slaw, salt potatoes, roll and dessert for $9.
Diners can eat-in or carry-out.
The cost of a 1/2 chicken is only $6.
