The Alzheimer’s Association, Central New York Chapter is staging support group meetings throughout St. Lawrence County for caregivers of individuals with Alzheimer’s disease or other dementia, as well as individuals with early-stage Alzheimer’s disease.
All support groups are free, and facilitated by trained individuals. For more information, call 1-800-272-3900, or email cny-programs@alz.org.
Meetings will be held in Canton at Maplewood, 205 State Street Rd., May 2 and June 6, at 6:30 p.m.; at the Gouverneur Community Center, 4673 NYS Route 58, May 18 and June 15, at 5:30 p.m.; Massena Memorial Hospital, 1 Hospital Dr., lower level conference room, May 15 and June 19, at 5:30 p.m.; and in Ogdensburg at the Riverledge Health Care & Rehabilitation Ctr., 8101 State Hwy. 68, May 9 and June 13, at 4 p.m.
