CANTON -- The Central New York Chapter of the Alzheimer’s Association welcomes caregivers of individuals with Alzheimer’s disease or other dementia, as well as individuals with early-stage Alzheimer’s disease, to attend one of its support groups meeting in St. Lawrence County.
All support groups are free of charge to attend and facilitated by trained individuals. For more information, call 1-800-272-3900, or email cny-programs@alz.org.

Aug. 1 and Sept. 5, at 6:30 p.m., Maplewood, 205 State Street Rd., Canton; Aug. 17 and Sept. 21, at 5:30 p.m., Gouverneur Community Center, 4673 NYS Route 58; Aug. 21 and Sept. 18, 5:30 p.m., Massena Memorial Hospital, 1 Hospital Dr., Lower Level Conference Room; and Aug. 8 and Sept. 12, 4 p.m., Riverledge Health Care & Rehabilitation Ctr., 8101 State Hwy. 68, Ogdensburg.
