AKWESASNE – The community of Akwesasne will be holding it's 20th annual Wellness Day on Thursday, Aug. 5 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Mohawk International Raceway, Frogtown Road.
People can get their blood pressure, blood sugar, body fat analysis and cholesterol checked for free.
Kids can spend some time on the bounce houses and then meet Buttons the Clown and get their faces painted.
Everyone can grab a bite to eat from Big E's Concession stand and enjoy some delicious chicken.
There will be a live performance by "Litefoot", Native American Hip Hop artist at 1 p.m.
Akwesasne Wellness Day is sponsored by the St. Regis Mohawk Tribe.
