NORWOOD – The AARP Chapter 2831 will celebrate its 40th anniversary Sept. 19, from noon-1:30 p.m. at the Lobster House.
The speaker will be Randall Hoak, associate director, AARP NY.
The menu includes soup or salad, cheese biscuits and choice of one entre: fried shrimp (lightly breaded and fried golden), chicken fingers (lightly breaded boneless, skinless strips of breast), flounder or haddock (fried, broiled, lemon-lime or Cajun style), pasta primavera (fresh vegetables sauteéd and tossed in linguine alfredo sauce); butternut squash casserole (kale and walnut/almonds which is vegan, gluten free, non-dairy).
