OGDENSBURG -- The 57th Seaway Festival Car Show and Flea Market is slated for Sunday, July 30, from 9 a.m.-4 p.m. on the Ogdensburg Bridge and Port Authority grounds off Route 37, near the Canadian bridge approach.
The car show, sponsored by the Seaway Cruisers Classic Car Club Inc., traditionally features more than 300 show cars, awards more than 80 trophies and hosts more than 1,000 spectators.
Organizers believe this is the largest show in St. Lawrence County.
To show your car, it is only $10 to enter.
The gates are open from 9 a.m.-3 p.m., at an entry fee of only $2 per pedestrian. Veterans are admitted free at the admission gate.
There will be a craft and flea market area. Interested venders may register by contacting club member Kyle “Fireball” Hartman by email at kyle57@twcny.rr.com or by calling 315-344-7247. Last minute registrations will be accepted.
A 20-by-20-feet vendor space costs $22, with $10 for each additional space. Power is not available at these spaces, but the area is large enough to include room for a vehicle. Vendors must supply their own tables, chairs and a tent if they want them.
Food vendors need to contact the Seaway Festival Committee to register to sell food.
Vendor setup time is 8 a.m. and space is first-come-first-served.
Make checks payable to Seaway Cruisers.
Registrations may be mailed to: Seaway Cruisers, c/o Kyle “Fireball” Hartman, P.O. Box 4, Rensselaer Falls 13680.
