NORFOLK – The Norwood Public Library, 1 Morton St., will display 41 peace posters from Jan. 7 through Jan. 25 from the Norfolk Lions Club recent peace poster contest.
The annual contest was held locally at Norwood-Norfolk Central School and was conducted in unison with the Lions Clubs International with 11, 12 and 13 year old artists from around the world, creating their own representation of this year’s peace poster theme, “Our World, Our Future.”
The local winners selected were: first place, Maycee Ward, 12, Norfolk; second place, Anneke Chudzinski, 13, Norwood; and third place, Shannyn St. Andrews, 12, Norwood.
