POTSDAM -- The 3 Bears Gluten Free Bakery, 51 Market St., will celebrate their opening with a ribbon cutting ceremony planned for 5 p.m. on Monday, March 16.
The store is the only totally gluten-free bakery and cafe north of Syracuse and south of Ottawa. The opened Jan. 26 and employ nine people.
Barbara Heller will provide music and there will be food samples.
The event is being conducted by the Potsdam Chamber of Commerce.
