MASSENA -- The 16th "Dam 4-Miler" walk or rRun will begin at the Frank S. McCullough, Jr. Hawkins Point Visitors Center, 21 Hawkins Point Road, on Saturday, Sept. 10.
Registration opens at 9 a.m. and runners will begin at 10 a.m., followed by walkers at 10:15 a.m.
The cost is $20 for an individual or $30 for a two-person relay team and the first 150 registrants will receive a long-sleeve t-shirt.
All money raised will go to the Massena Memorial Hospital Foundation and the event is sponsored by New York Power Authority.
