The renowned a cappella ensemble Sweet Honey in the Rock will perform as part of the 2009-2010 Community Performance Series Guest Artist Series, “A Celebration of the Voice,” on Saturday, Nov. 7, at 7:30 p.m. in. Hosmer Concert Hall, SUNY Potsdam. Rooted in the rich textures of African American legacy and traditions, Sweet Honey in the Rock possesses a “stunning vocal prowess” that captures the complex sounds of blues, spirituals, traditional gospel hymns, rap, reggae, African chants, hip hop, ancient lullabies and jazz improvisation.

  • Approx 4-6 month old black and brown puppy found 10/30 on side of road between Dekalb and Hermon.
  • Female beagle "Daisy", she is tri-colored and micro-chipped. She is small and chubby, very friendly, last seen in Saratoga County.
  • Female beagle-she ran away around March in the Potsdam area. Maybe someone took her in?
