WATER QUALITY SUPERVISOR: DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES: The Development Authority of the North Country (DANC) seeks applicants for a Water Quality Supervisor. DANC is a multi-faceted New York State public benefit corporation created in the mid-1980s.
