POTSDAM—Nextwave, St. Lawrence County’s young professionals organization, invites members and newcomers to mingle and share their ideas at the group’s monthly mixer.
Nextwave will host its August First Friday Meet and Greet from 5:30 to 7 p.m. on Aug. 6 in the downstairs restaurant and lounge at La Casbah, 6 Elm St.
Following the happy hour gathering at the Moroccan restaurant, anyone who is interested is invited to a night of bowling at Market Street Lanes, 144 Market St.
Newcomers are welcome, and Nextwave members are encouraged to reconnect over a drink—and bring their colleagues and friends along.
Nextwave is a social organization dedicated to serving the young professionals in St. Lawrence County by providing opportunities for professional networking and social engagement. The organization aims to make the North Country a more welcoming and vibrant place for young professionals to live, work and play.
