POTSDAM -- An open house introducing “Nourished Roots Nutrition and Upper Room Reiki” to the North Country will be held Sept. 21 from 1 to 4 p.m. at 235 River Rd.
There will be raffle prizes, coupons for $30 off your first Reiki session to the first 10 people, recipes for real food for busy people, and time to chat with Martha and Sarah.
Gramma's Grass Acres will have an informational booth for those interested in buying local, grass-fed meats.
Babysitting will be available for a $5 donation.
