BRASHER -- The Tri-Town Chamber of Commerce recently honored two Tri-Town residents with awards for Business of the Year and Person of the Year.
Sue Stubbs was named Person of the Year “for her dedication to improving the lives of the less fortunate in the community through many different organizations,” the chamber said.
Shelby Frary, who runs Shelby Frary photography, won the business award. She specializes in “individual and family portraits in a natural setting,” the chamber said.
