POTSDAM – A new nail salon will open soon in Potsdam.
Top Nails Spa Salon will open at 201 Market Street in the Price Chopper Plaza in a portion of the former Radio Shack.
Owner David Huynh, formerly of New Jersey, says he plans to open in a week or two.
Huynh says the salon will offer manicures, pedicures and eyebrow waxing and will employ between three and six people.
Huynh said he moved to St. Lawrence County about three weeks ago with the intention of opening a nail salon. He said this is his first business venture.
They will be open seven days a week with hours of 9 a.m. until 7:30 p.m. Monday through Saturday and noon to 6 p.m. on Sundays.
