Time-Warner Cable telephone service was interrupted in the North Country Friday morning before full service was restored within hours, according to a company spokesperson.
Late Friday morning, Time-Warner telephone customers who were able to reach NorthCountryNow.com told us their service had been interrupted.
“It was pretty quick – up and down,” Time-Warner spokeswoman Stephanie Salinger said. “As of noon, all the alarms were off.”
Salinger said they didn’t know yet how the outage started, how many people were affected, and in exactly what geographic area the outage occurred.
“The first order is restoring service, then investigation,” Salinger said.
