OGDENSBURG -- Thousand Islands Martial Arts will move to a new location beginning Feb. 1.
They will operate from 30 Layfayette St. which offers them more space, a press release said.
A grand re-opening is slated for Feb. 1 starting at 4:30 p.m. and the public is welcome to attend.
They offer traditional Shotokan karate, self-defense seminars and private lessons. Youth are taught about fire protection, stranger dance, anti-bullying, focus, self-confidence and fitness.
Classes are offered for ages four to seven, and junior and adult classes.
