Nina M. French, 19, of Winthrop allegedly sold alcohol to the volunteer, who state police did not identify, at Village Market. She is charged with first-degree unlawful dealing with a child, a class A misdemeanor, and prohibited sale of alcohol to a person under age 21, a misdemeanor under state alcohol beverage control law.
