CANTON — Webinar attendees will learn about their credit score and its importance in opening and building a business during the May 2nd ‘Lunch and Learn’ Webinar coordinated by the St. Lawrence County Chamber of Commerce.
Rob Liggio from North Country Savings Bank will share information on how to access and understand credit scores, how a credit score can impress lenders, and available options for repairing a low credit score.
The free webinar will be Wednesday, May 2 from noon to 1 p.m. Pre-registration is required to receive the link and webinar instructions. Computer, speakers and high speed internet are required to participate.
Through a partnership with the Potsdam Library, the webinar will show in the multipurpose room of the Cleveland Computer Center, in the lower level of the library at 2 Park Street in Potsdam. Registration is not necessary for the live screening.

The webinars, hosted by the St. Lawrence County Chamber of Commerce are held online every first Wednesday of each month beginning at noon, include question and answer and are over by 1 p.m.
“The idea is to provide a very specific lesson during the lunch hour, to your desktop,” said SLC Chamber Director Brooke Rouse.
