OGDENSBURG -- The Greater Ogdensburg Chamber of Commerce and Salon 1020 will cut the ribbon for the grand opening of the salon at 1020 State St. at 1 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 5.
Salon 1020 is in the same building as Ogdensburg Dance Studio, which opened in August of 2010.
The salon completes the renovations to the building resulting in two viable businesses on Ford Street. Refreshments will be served.
