POTSDAM -- The new sandwich shop Billy’s Deli, 2A Main Street, was celebrated with a Potsdam Chamber of Commerce ribbon cutting recently.
Billy's which opened in April, focuses on quality sandwiches, with Boar’s Head cold cuts and cheeses, breads from Alteri’s in Watertown, potato chips from Malone producer Sustain Products, and cookies and some breads from the Potsdam Co-op’s bakery. They also sell the Boar’s Head meat and cheeses by the half and full pound.

They are open Monday-Thursday, 10:30 a.m.-10 p.m., Friday-Saturday 10:30 a.m.- midnight, and Sunday 11:30 a.m.- 9 p.m.
