POTSDAM -- The employees of Potters Industries recently donated 31 bicycles to area children through the St. Lawrence Toy-for-Tots program
The employees at Potters Industries promote and participate in a voluntary safety process called Behavior Based Safety (BBS) which focuses on identifying and promoting safe behaviors in the workplace. Employees receive incentives for participating in this process.
This year, many of the employees decided to pool their incentives and donate the funds to purchase bicycles for the St. Lawrence County Toy-For-Toys program. The Potsdam plant recently celebrated 2 years without an incident.
