POTSDAM -- The Potsdam Public Library, 2 Park St., can help area unemployed or underemployed residents who are actively seeking jobs by offering free, individual sessions with a professional.
The meetings can provide suggestions for those who may have experience, training and good skills but lack the tools to locate and apply effectively for the job they desire and at which they could succeed.
Those entering the workforce with entry level skills also may lack knowledge regarding techniques for finding a suitable position and applying in a way that will put them at the top of an employer’s list. There is no charge for this service.
Individual sessions are available by calling the Computer Center at 265-7230.
